Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair might be the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, but their chemistry is still the biggest mystery in the division. The unlikely duo, brought together by circumstance more than camaraderie, successfully defended their newly-won titles on WWE Raw this week, just two days removed from their victory at SummerSlam. Facing off once again against former champions Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, Flair and Bliss delivered a gritty, hard-fought win that firmly established their presence at the top of the women’s tag division.
Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss Cement Their Reign with High-Stakes Victory on WWE Raw

The rematch was born out of chaos, as Rodriguez and Perez stormed an in-ring segment between Bliss and Flair. WWE official Adam Pearce wasted no time calling for a referee, and the impromptu match began with immediate fireworks. Rodriguez and Perez quickly resumed their old playbook, isolating Flair and keeping her grounded with tag team precision. But the strategy wasn’t enough to prevent Flair from tagging in Bliss for a show-stopping Double Natural Selection, followed by a Senton attempt that saw Bliss unceremoniously hurled into the timekeeper’s area by Rodriguez.
From there, the pace only escalated. After surviving another wave of punishment, Bliss managed to make the crucial tag to Flair, who re-entered the ring with signature firepower. A picture-perfect Moonsault from “The Queen” looked like the beginning of the end, but Perez and Rodriguez regrouped, once again putting Flair on the defensive. A high-impact Corner Corkscrew Elbow Drop from Rodriguez nearly sealed the deal, until Bliss made the save.

The finish came fast and fierce. Perez charged at the ropes for a final offensive push, only to get caught in a thunderous Sister Abigail from Bliss for the three-count. The champs stood tall, proving that while their alliance might still be undefined, their dominance in the ring is undeniable.
With their first title defense in the books, Flair and Bliss are officially on a roll—but with a stacked women’s division looming, it’s only a matter of time before the next challengers emerge from the shadows.
