Rhea Ripley proved once again why she’s one of WWE’s most dominant forces, earning her spot in the Women’s Elimination Chamber match with a decisive victory over Lyra Valkyria and Ivy Nile during Monday’s WWE Raw. The triple threat was pure chaos, but when the dust settled after nine and a half minutes of hard-hitting action, it was Mami standing tall.
The match had all the intensity you’d expect from three women hungry for WrestleMania glory. Valkyria looked like she had it in the bag after landing her signature Nightwing on Nile, going for what seemed like a certain three-count. But Ripley had other plans, breaking up the pin with perfect timing before absolutely demolishing Valkyria with a running knee that echoed through the arena. While Nile rolled out to recover, Ripley capitalized with her devastating Riptide finisher on Valkyria, securing the pinfall and her ticket to Chicago.
Now Ripley joins former WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton in the unforgiving steel structure, where the winner will challenge either the Women’s Champion or Women’s World Champion at WrestleMania 42. That opponent depends entirely on Royal Rumble winner Liv Morgan’s choice, adding another layer of drama to the already explosive situation.
Mami’s Going Back to the Chamber and Rhea Ripley Means Business
This won’t be Ripley’s first rodeo inside the Chamber. Back in 2022, she competed for a shot at the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38, lasting until the final moments before Bianca Belair ultimately claimed victory. But Ripley’s a different competitor now, battle-tested and arguably more dangerous than ever.
While Ripley celebrated her hard-earned victory, commentary made sure to highlight Ivy Nile’s impressive performance despite the loss. The former NXT standout continues to make waves on Raw, even though her last victory on the red brand dates back to October 2024 against Zelina Vega. Still, her showing proves she belongs in these high-stakes matches.
