While the main roster women get all the mainstream attention in WWE 2K26, it’s the NXT women’s division that tells the more fascinating story this year. This is a brand that has seen history made at practically every premium live event over the past twelve months: double championships, history-making debuts, shocking title changes, a legendary TNA crossover, and the arrival of one of the most high-profile free agents in modern wrestling history. The six highest-rated women in WWE 2K26 for NXT span a range of 78 to 81, reflecting the competitive and tightly-packed nature of a division where any given Tuesday can completely reshape the pecking order. Don’t let those numbers fool you into thinking this is a tier below what you’ll find on RAW or SmackDown. These are the women who are actively building the next generation of WWE’s women’s wrestling legacy. So let’s break down who got what, what they’ve been up to, and whether 2K’s digital report card is giving credit where it’s due.

#6 — Fallon Henley | Rating: 78

Fallon Henley WWE - WWE 2K26 NXT Women's Ratings Revealed: Jordynne Grace and Lash Legend Lead
WWE

Fallon Henley’s journey to a WWE 2K26 rating has been a long time coming, and it is a number that tells the story of a career that has been in a constant state of reinvention. Henley, whose real name is Theresa Schuessler, signed with WWE in 2022 after years of work on the independent circuit and even a stint in AEW. She spent her early NXT days as a blue-collar country girl with a loyal following, winning the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Kiana James in 2023. Then came the heel turn that changed everything: a calculated betrayal of her Chase University friends at NXT Spring Breakin’ 2024, followed by the formation of Fatal Influence alongside Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx (who’s now been replaced by Lainey Reid). It was the character shift of the year in NXT’s women’s division, and it earned Henley her first singles gold when she defeated Kelani Jordan in a gauntlet match at NXT Halloween Havoc 2024 to claim the NXT Women’s North American Championship.

Her 78 rating in WWE 2K26 marks her first appearance in the franchise and reflects a performer who is clearly trending upward. With a main roster call-up looking increasingly likely in the months ahead, this may well be the only time we see Fallon Henley rated this low in a WWE 2K game.

#5 — Blake Monroe | Rating: 78

Blake Monroe 2025
WWE

If there is a superstar on this list whose WWE 2K26 rating was virtually guaranteed from the moment she stepped through the curtain at NXT, it is Blake Monroe. The British performer, known to a generation of wrestling fans as Mariah May, arrived in WWE in June 2025 carrying more pre-existing star power than almost any NXT debut in recent memory. Before signing with WWE, she had already wrestled across the globe, co-founded the popular Club Venus faction in Stardom, and most notably, pulled off one of the most talked-about moments in women’s wrestling in years: betraying her mentor Toni Storm to win the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW All In: London at Wembley Stadium in August 2024. She defended that title six times over a 174-day reign before departing AEW following a loss to Storm at AEW Grand Slam Australia in February 2025. She then signed with WWE and was assigned to NXT, where she adopted the ring name Blake Monroe as a tribute to her niece.

Monroe has been explicit about not being in a rush to reach the main roster, telling interviewers she still has plenty of feuds to pursue in NXT. At 78 in her first game appearance, Monroe is the kind of rising stock that will only go higher from here.

#4 — Kelani Jordan | Rating: 79

Kelani Jordan
WWE

Kelani Jordan’s 79 rating in WWE 2K26 represents the continued rise of one of NXT’s most versatile and quietly compelling stars. Jordan, whose real name is Lea Mitchell, made her debut in WWE 2K25 and immediately stood out as a former collegiate gymnast with a combination of athleticism and charisma that the brand clearly believes in. Her gymnastics background at Michigan State University informs an in-ring style full of springboard moves and impossibly fluid transitions, and she won the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament in 2023 before eventually claiming the history-making distinction of becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion at NXT Battleground 2024. That ladder match victory was the biggest moment of her career to that point, and she held the title for 140 days before dropping it at NXT Halloween Havoc 2024.

A 79 rating reflects the early stages of a character evolution that is just now hitting its stride. Jordan is engaged to fellow NXT star Carmelo Hayes, the couple planning a wedding toward the end of 2026, and if her recent trajectory is any indication, she will be wearing considerably higher ratings in future installments.

#3 — Jacy Jayne | Rating: 80

Jacy Jayne 2026
WWE

Jacy Jayne makes her WWE 2K26 appearance with a career-best 80 overall, and if you have been watching NXT at all over the past year, you know that is frankly still underselling what she has accomplished. Jayne, whose real name is Taylor Grado, has been a fixture in NXT since 2021 and spent years building toward a singles title opportunity that finally arrived in spectacular fashion. She first appeared in WWE 2K23 and climbed steadily through WWE 2K24 and WWE 2K25, but it is the real-world work she did in 2025 that forms the foundation for her highest-ever rating. As the leader of Fatal Influence alongside Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, Jayne orchestrated one of the most shocking NXT title upsets in years on May 27, 2025, defeating Stephanie Vaquer with a well-timed assist from Henley to become NXT Women’s Champion for the first time. She admitted afterward that the magnitude of the win did not hit her until she broke down crying at home two days later.

As of February 2026, Jayne is still the reigning two-time NXT Women’s Champion and the centerpiece of Fatal Influence’s ongoing reign of terror over the brand. An 80 rating feels like the floor, not the ceiling, for a performer who has had one of the most historically significant years in NXT women’s wrestling in a long time.

#2 — Lash Legend | Rating: 81

Lash Legend 2026
WWE

Lash Legend tying for the top spot among NXT women in WWE 2K26 is, to be entirely clear, a moment of vindication for a performer who had to fight for every inch of her reputation in the wrestling world. Legend, real name Anriel Howard, is a former WNBA player who signed with WWE in December 2020, and for much of her early career, she was either underutilized or used as a supporting act. She spent years in The Meta-Four stable with Jakara Jackson, Noam Dar, and Oro Mensah, reaching the main roster briefly in 2024 before the stable dissolved. But the Lash Legend who emerged from the wreckage of Meta-Four was a different, more dangerous performer. She made her official main roster call-up on Friday Night SmackDown on November 7, 2025, and when Triple H himself praised her performance in the Women’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, calling her someone who “showed why she belongs here,” it was the ultimate institutional stamp of approval.

The woman Bleacher Report once described as not quite ready still has plenty of doubters, but an 81 in WWE 2K26 suggests that the people who make these decisions for a living have seen more than enough. Lash Legend, in the game and in reality, is just getting started.

#1 — Jordynne Grace | Rating: 81

jordynne grace 2026 wwe
WWE

Jordynne Grace tops the NXT women’s ratings chart in WWE 2K26 at 81, tying with Lash Legend for the honor, and if her remarkable last twelve months are any indication, this is a number that will look very conservative in retrospect. Grace, nicknamed “The Juggernaut,” is one of the most physically impressive performers in the history of women’s professional wrestling: a competitive powerlifter who holds WNPF Georgia State and National Records in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. She spent seven years in TNA building one of the greatest legacies in that company’s history as a three-time TNA Knockouts World Champion before signing with WWE in January 2025. She had already made her presence known at the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble while still the reigning TNA Knockouts Champion, in a jaw-dropping act of cross-promotional bravado that announced her intentions to the WWE Universe well before she officially signed.

Her WWE 2K26 rating of 81 is her first as a WWE-branded superstar, but it captures precisely the kind of marquee performer she is: dangerous, credible, and exactly the sort of talent that makes any brand she’s on immediately more interesting. Keep an eye on The Juggernaut. On SmackDown, the real story may just be beginning.
