Megan Fox, the Hollywood icon known for her roles in blockbuster films, recently turned heads with an audacious sartorial choice during the Megan Fox book signing in New York. Embracing a bold fashion statement, Fox stepped out in a sheer braless ensemble that tastefully showcased her figure, as she promoted her new venture into the literary world.
The Transformers and Jennifer’s Body star unveiled a striking new red hairdo as she engaged with fans and readers at the launch of her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous at the Racket in New York City.

Fox paired her vibrant hair with a translucent brown top, artfully tucked into a chocolate-brown leather pencil skirt that sat high on her waist, and completed the look with sleek black patent leather boots. Her makeup featured a subtle nude lip gloss, while her extra-long red nails added a dramatic flair to her appearance.
The event was particularly significant as it coincided with the release of her poetry collection, in which Fox delves deep into her personal experiences. The book provides raw insights into her private life, including her encounters with abusive relationships and a heartbreaking recount of a miscarriage she endured with her fiancé, musician Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker.
In a poignant extract from her book, Megan Fox reflects on an ultrasound image of a baby girl at 10 weeks, poignantly pondering what could have been with the lines, “Maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…” Her verses oscillate between tender longing — “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh” — and the painful acceptance of loss: “but now / I have to say / goodbye.” Fox captures the devastating imagery of loss with the haunting line about imagining holding her baby “as they rip you from my insides.”

During an intimate conversation on Good Morning America, Fox shared the profound impact of her experiences, stating, “I’d never been through anything like that in my life.” She clarified that her book is not a straightforward memoir or exposé, but it does touch upon the darker periods of her life, including surviving a physically abusive relationship and enduring several emotionally taxing ones.
Fox, celebrated for her role in the cult classic Jennifer’s Body, expressed that acting, while a passion, limits her expression as it confines her to perform the visions of others. Poetry, on the other hand, offers her an avenue for emotional release and artistic healing. She describes her writing as a mix of literal and allegorical elements, crafting a narrative that resonates with women from all walks of life.
