In a night brimming with tension, high-flying athleticism, and a sprinkle of nostalgia, WWE treated fans to a great tag team match featuring WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus and reigning WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton taking on the powerhouse duo of Nia Jax and Candice LeRae. The anticipation was palpable as a hype package set the stage for the high-profile bout, which saw Jax and LeRae making their entrance first at the Elimination Chamber PLE.
The arrival of the legendary Trish Stratus, however, brought a surprising reaction from the Canadian crowd—a mixture of adulation and audible boos, signaling a division among her home-country faithful. LeRae tagged in to keep up the offense, cutting off Stratus from reaching Stratton. But just when it seemed the WWE legend was trapped, the crowd roared as Stratus managed to make the hot tag to Stratton, who erupted into action.
Tiffany Stratton’s Star Power Shines Bright
With an electrifying display of athleticism, Stratton took down both Jax and LeRae, executing a flawless combination of suplexes and a dazzling handspring elbow. A precision-perfect Jackknife cover into an Alabama Slam on LeRae seemed to signal the end, but Jax stormed in to break up the pin, triggering an all-out frenzy in the ring.
In a match-defining moment, Stratton showcased her aerial prowess by delivering a breathtaking Prettiest Moonsault Ever to the outside, taking out LeRae and shifting the momentum. Inside the ring, Stratus capitalized on the chaos, pulling out one final Stratusfaction on Jax to clinch the victory.
