At Clash in Paris, Lynch shocked fans by delivering a low blow to Punk during the Fatal Four Way main event. The move allowed Rollins to secure the win and left Punk seething. By Monday, tensions spilled over when Punk hit the ring expecting Rollins but instead found himself face-to-face with “The Man.” Lynch strutted out to her husband’s entrance music, mocking Punk and calling him out for repeatedly targeting her family. She even aired out her decade-old frustration with fans who once chanted for Punk during her matches rather than for her.
The Paris crowd tried to stir the pot further by chanting for AJ Lee. Lynch was quick to snap back, reminding fans that Lee is not on the roster and “doesn’t work here.” The sharp retort only added more fuel to the already heated atmosphere inside the arena. Punk, never one to back down, accused Rollins of being a coward who hides behind allies and now his wife. Rollins appeared briefly on stage to invite Punk to settle things man-to-man, but Lynch cleverly stalled long enough to keep Punk trapped before Rollins slipped backstage again.

He told Lynch that Rollins would regret cashing in on him, and she herself would regret laying hands on him.
