Marvel fans, get ready—the MCU’s Disney+ lineup might be getting some exciting extensions. According to Brad Winderbaum, the head of Marvel’s streaming TV division, the studio is actively exploring second seasons for Agatha All Along and Hawkeye. While nothing is officially greenlit, Winderbaum made it clear that continuing these series is very much on Marvel’s radar. But there’s a catch—they want to get it right.
Will Agatha and Hawkeye come back?

“A show like Agatha, to me, is concept-based,” Winderbaum explained. “Yes, a second season for sure is something that we would want to do, but let’s not rush it. Let’s get the right idea and then make it.” That sentiment is sure to comfort fans of Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness, who stole the show in WandaVision and is now set to headline her own series, Agatha All Along. With the series diving deep into the magical side of the MCU, Marvel is treading carefully to ensure that a potential second season keeps the spellbinding momentum alive.
As for Hawkeye, the studio is similarly intrigued by the idea of another round with Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) and Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld). Winderbaum pointed out that the show’s holiday setting provides a natural way to revisit the dynamic duo. “Hawkeye is another one that feels like you can make a second season of that show because it’s Christmas because it’s Clint and Kate,” he said. “You can kind of revisit it whenever, and we’re looking for opportunities to do that.” While no official plans are in place, the door is open for more festive, action-packed adventures.

Marvel Studios is taking a more strategic approach to its Disney+ shows moving forward, with Winderbaum noting that future projects will be designed for multiple seasons with a more consistent release pattern. Given how well Hawkeye balanced action, humor, and heart—and how Agatha All Along is poised to bring a fresh dose of witchy chaos—fans will no doubt be eager to see these characters return in a meaningful way.
And if that wasn’t enough Marvel news, Hawkeye breakout Tony Dalton is officially making his return as Jack Duquesne, aka The Swordsman, in Daredevil: Born Again, set to drop this month. Between that and the possibility of more Agatha and Hawkeye on the horizon, the MCU’s Disney+ slate is shaping up to be as unpredictable and entertaining as ever.
